the commercial has really clean and tidy rooms with comfy beds. the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. the breakfast was a highlight, especially the cooked option. plus, it’s conveniently close to local bars and activities, giving you plenty of choices during your stay.

The only downside was a poor experience at the bar. Waited far too long for service, and it really put a damper on the night. Just wish the staff were quicker to acknowledge everyone.

Great staff and clean rooms!

I had a solid stay here for 5 nights. Super clean twin room and the staff were awesome, big shoutout to Mari and Charlene for always helping me out! Breakfast was tasty as well. Just a heads up, it can get a bit noisy from outside late at night, but that didn't ruin my trip at all.

The bar area is a great spot to unwind after a long day! 🌟 But, the noise from downstairs made it a bit hard to sleep well. nice place!

I appreciated the well-decorated lounging area and found access to the beer garden a nice touch. Breakfast was delightful, especially the full Scottish breakfast. I had some issues with noise. I could easily hear sounds from the bar, especially during busy nights, and the walls didn't offer much soundproofing. It was disruptive at times. The food in the pub area was reasonably priced, but I experienced slow service during peak hours, which made the wait frustrating. Despite these issues, I would still consider returning for the value and location.
